Choose the patch route that fits the look you want. Sky Prints currently offers live leatherette and acrylic patch-hat options, with a full-color UV route kept hidden until the final production substrate, finish, pricing, and fulfillment path are approved.

Patch-only, quantity, or special-project requests
If you need patches for your own products, larger quantities, a coordinated team/company order, or a project that does not fit a standard live hat listing, use the project-intake route.
What to enter on the request form
In Product / style details, include the patch type you want (leatherette, acrylic, or full-color UV when available), the patch shape, finished size, what the patch will be applied to, and whether you need adhesive or application included. If you do not know one of those details, say so instead of guessing. Upload your artwork or choose Design Creation if it needs to be created or cleaned up.
For patch-only projects, enter N/A in the size breakdown when apparel sizes do not apply. If this is a personal project and Company / Team / Organization does not apply, enter N/A.
Artwork and custom shapes
Use the approved patch shapes when they fit the artwork, or choose the custom/die-cut route on supported live hat products. If your artwork needs to be created or cleaned up, visit Design Creation & Artwork Help.
Full-color UV patches
Full-color UV is being completed separately for artwork that needs color, gradients, or additional graphic detail. It will not be offered as a live purchase option until the exact sellable substrate/finish, physical size, production economics, media, configurator, and fulfillment route are confirmed.
