Custom embroidery for hats, beanies, teams, and organizations
Sky Prints offers custom embroidery project planning for logos, names, and branded artwork. Flat embroidery is the launch-standard treatment, with specialty treatments reviewed only when the artwork and production route support them.
Start an embroidery project
Tell us what you want embroidered, the item type, approximate quantity, needed-by date, preferred colors, and whether you already have artwork. Upload or provide the best logo/artwork files you have through the project-intake route.
What to enter on the request form
In Product / style details, include the hat, beanie, garment, or product model you want—or write help me choose—plus the embroidery placement, whether you want standard flat embroidery or want a specialty/puff treatment reviewed, and the approximate finished design size if you know it. Upload your logo/artwork or choose Design Creation if it needs to be built or cleaned up.
For hats or beanies, enter N/A in the size breakdown when garment sizes do not apply. If this is a personal project and Company / Team / Organization does not apply, enter N/A.
Hats and beanies
Richardson 112 and Richardson 168 hat options are part of the approved embroidery media lane. Beanie options are also being prepared for cold-weather workwear, teams, events, and everyday use. Only products and colors that are fully ready will be offered for direct purchase.
Artwork preparation
Embroidery artwork often needs simplification, cleanup, or production preparation. If your design is not ready, use Design Creation & Artwork Help and describe what you need.
Company and team orders
For coordinated quantities, repeat orders, multiple garment types, roster personalization, or required delivery dates, use the Company & Teams request path so the full job can be reviewed together.
