Order standalone full-color UV patches for hats, bags, uniforms, team gear, branded projects, and customer-supplied products.

Material: white leatherette is the standard surface for this full-color UV product, providing a bright base for detailed logos, gradients, photos, and color artwork.

Approved shapes: Badge, Hex, Circle, Oval, Rectangle, Rounded Rectangle, and Die Cut. Die Cut follows the outside contour of the artwork and is confirmed during proofing.

Standard size: 3.00 in × 2.00 in for the current standard patch. Other dimensions are quoted separately because production cost changes with printed area and material yield.

Artwork: upload your finished logo, artwork, or design and add any production notes. Sky Prints reviews artwork placement and edge clearance before production.

Production: direct full-color UV printing on white leatherette with a clean cut edge. The selector visuals intentionally show no sewn/thread border.

Quantity pricing: 1–4 patches $5.99 each; 5–9 $4.99 each; 10–24 $4.49 each; 25–49 $3.99 each; 50+ $3.49 each. Quantity pricing applies to the same artwork and patch configuration within the order. Shipping is separate.
