Planning a Company or Team Apparel Order: What to Gather First

Company and team orders move faster when the basic project information is organized before the quote starts. You do not need every detail finalized, but the items below help Sky Prints recommend the right product and production path.

Who is the order for?

Start with the company, crew, school, team, church, event, or organization name. If different departments or groups need different versions, note that early.

What products do you need?

List the main items you are considering: hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, drinkware, engraved items, gifts, or another category. If you already know a preferred brand or style, include it. If not, describe the use case and budget level instead.

Estimated quantities

An approximate quantity is enough to begin. For apparel, include a size breakdown when you have one. For hats or other color-driven products, note whether everyone receives the same color or whether the order will be mixed.

Artwork and branding

Provide the best logo or artwork file available through the current project intake. If the artwork needs cleanup—or if you only have an idea—choose the Design Creation path and explain the desired look, wording, colors, and placement.

Target date

Share the event date or the date the finished items are needed. A clear target date helps determine which product and fulfillment routes are realistic.

Delivery or pickup needs

Include the destination and whether the project needs shipping, pickup, coordinated distribution, or another delivery arrangement. Complex programs may need a different workflow than a single bulk shipment. Family orders are handled manually rather than through a public self-service family ordering program.

What happens next?

Once the project details are clear, Sky Prints can evaluate the product, decoration method, quantities, artwork, timing, and fulfillment path together. When artwork approval is part of the project, production does not move forward until that checkpoint is complete.

Use the Company & Teams request path when you are ready to organize the project.
